Lisa Blakemore

Lisa Blakemore

Lisa was first elected to Richmond borough Council in May 2010, where she currently serves as Cabinet Member for Housing and Public Health. She has been appointed to the Health and Wellbeing Board and represents the Council on the Richmond Parish Lands Charity. Lisa was educated in Wigan, at Wigan Girls School and trained as both a teacher and a psychologist, and has worked in local authorities and privately. She specialised in autism, and has written a book on the interwoven nature of autism, Asperger Syndrome and ADHD. Lisa enjoys music, gardens and theatre.

Margaret Buter

Margaret Buter

Margaret sits on the Health Scrutiny Committee, the Regulatory Committee, the Scrutiny Committee and the South West London Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee.

She also represents the Council on the Museum of Richmond Management Committee.

Stephen Speak

Stephen Speak

Stephen is currently Strategic Cabinet Member for Performance and Community Safety. He also sits on the Planning Committee and the Achieving for Children Joint Committee. He is fervently against further expansion of Heathrow airport, actively standing as a Council representative on the national Strategic Aviation Special Interest Group (SASIG). Stephen was Deputy Mayor in 2013/14. He has lived in North Richmond since 1988, and he has long been an active campaigner in local issues, in particular with The Kew Society.
